The red seal in the lower left contains the two characters "斜樹 Xie Shu" or "Leaning Tree" -- the name of my print studio ... My calligraphy in the upper right is the three characters "千層石 Qian ceng shi" "Thousand-layer stone" ... The very small format of the image imitates the size of the stone, which from ancient times was kept on a desk in a study to evoke monumental landscapes of distant mountains half-hidden in clouds ...
